2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the Service that are not resolved within 48 hours of reporting
  • Duplicate charges due to processing errors
  • Unauthorized charges to your account

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • One-time payment packs (Starter, Pro, Advanced) — these are final sales
  • Usage of quota or conversions already consumed
  • Refunds requested more than 30 days after purchase
  • Refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with service quality
