We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of an active subscription.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge with your payment provider, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us directly at supascans@gmail.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
