By accessing and using Supascans ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Supascans provides an optical character recognition (OCR) service that converts handwritten documents and images into digital text. The Service processes documents uploaded by users and returns extracted text content.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Usage Limits and Quotas

The Service operates on a quota-based system. Free users receive a limited number of conversions per month. Paid plans provide additional quotas as specified in the pricing plans. Quotas reset according to your subscription cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing structure displayed on our website. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Supascans and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the OCR service.

8. Privacy

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supascans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
